Ask your CRM

Open Ask in the header, or type a question in Cmd-K, and ask about your own records in plain English: which deals need attention, who replied and has no follow-up, what changed on an account.

  • Answers are drawn from your workspace's records.
  • When the assistant suggests a change (a task, a note, a deal update), it appears as a card you approve or dismiss. Nothing is written until you approve it.
  • A daily briefing summarizes what needs you today.

Ask your CRM is metered against your workspace's AI credits.

search

Search everything from Cmd-K

Search now runs on the server across contacts, companies, deals, communications and tickets, so it finds records that are not on the screen. Results are grouped by type and you can move through them with the keyboard.

aideals

Record summaries and deal signals

  • Lead and account records can show a short written summary: the last touch, the open question and what to lead with. It is rewritten when the record has new activity.
  • Deals carry at risk and buying signal flags, recalculated nightly and when activity is logged, each with a suggested next step.

Written summaries are metered against your workspace's AI credits.

automation

Automations in Setup

Setup now has an Automations page for building rules without code.

  • Triggers: a record is created or updated, a form is submitted, a real reply arrives.
  • Conditions on any field, and quiet hours so nothing goes out at night.
  • Actions include creating a task, enrolling in a campaign, creating an opportunity, updating a field, assigning an owner by round robin, notifying a teammate and calling a webhook.
  • A Runs log shows what each rule did and when.
formscapture

Lead forms

Build a lead form in Setup, then paste the embed snippet on your website or share its hosted page. Each submission creates or updates a record, duplicates are matched to the existing contact, and spam protection keeps automated submissions out.

callingai

Call playbooks and auto updates

Write a call playbook: the questions you want answered on a call. After a transcribed call, the record shows suggested field values with a confidence level, and you accept or clear each one.

emailsms

Email and SMS templates and snippets

  • Templates with merge tags, available in every composer.
  • Type / to insert a snippet.
  • Save any draft as a template, and manage them all on the Templates page.
  • In a text, templates insert as plain text and a counter shows characters and segments.
  • Each template shows its sends, opens, clicks and replies.
emailsms

Send later

Schedule an email or a text for later. Scheduled messages wait in a Scheduled outbox, where you can cancel them before they go. Scheduled texts only go out between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the recipient's time zone.

email

Open and click tracking

Emails your team sends from the CRM now record opens and clicks on the contact's timeline. Tracking can be switched off for the whole workspace.

calling

Browser softphone

Call from any record in the browser, with no callback to your own phone first.

  • Mute, hold, transfer and keypad.
  • Choose which of your numbers shows as caller ID.
  • Every call is logged to the timeline with an outcome from your own list, a transcript and a one-line summary.
  • Inbound calls ring the line's members in the browser (all at once or round robin) and fall through to your voice agent.

Calls are metered à la carte.

calling

Power dialer

Turn any saved view into a call queue. Log the outcome, skip or snooze a record, and drop a recorded voicemail. A person clicks every dial; the dialer never places calls on its own.

calling

Phone number management

Each phone number now has members, a ring mode, a voice-agent route and caller-ID settings, managed from the Phone page.

dealspipelines

Multiple pipelines and a stage manager

  • Run more than one pipeline and switch between them on the board.
  • Customize CRM has a Pipelines tab: add, rename and reorder stages, set each stage's probability and type, and archive a stage while moving its deals.
  • Deals carry an expected value, and the forecast breaks down by pipeline.
  • The deals list opens with name, company, amount, stage, expected close, owner and last activity.
customization

Rename your modules

Call your records what your business calls them. Each workspace can set its own singular and plural names for its modules, starting from your industry's defaults.

inbox

Today: one list of what needs you

The new Today page puts replies, due tasks, approvals and deals that have gone quiet into one list, most urgent first. Reply, call, mark done or snooze without leaving the page.

callingdata quality

Callers stay out of Contacts

  • Calls from unknown numbers create a record in a separate Callers list instead of Contacts, until you promote it.
  • The same caller ID calling from another number attaches that number to the existing caller.
  • Business caller IDs become Accounts, and business numbers are looked up for a name, address and website.
  • Contacts and Accounts hold several labeled phone numbers, with one marked primary.
views

Smart views out of the box

Every workspace now starts with four saved views: new leads nobody has touched, deals untouched for 30 days or more, records renewing or closing within 60 days, and contacts who replied but have no follow-up task.
